世纪城·新国际会议展览中心位于成都市城南新区，由国际会议区、展馆区、文化娱乐及休闲度假区、酒店及配套设施区、商务办公区、商业住宅区等六大部分组成，是集团复合型会展旅游地产开发项目的代表作。世纪天堂洲际大饭店、世纪城假日酒店，拥有客房约1500余间；娇子国际会议中心，拥有会议场馆28个。超过10万平方米的展览场馆是目前中国展示条件、利用效能最好的场馆之一。天鹅湖花园（住宅区）已于2007年全面交房；时尚天堂街区、休闲天堂商业区、西蜀廊桥等商业物业正全面招商，构建成都城南核心商贸中心。

Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Centre is located in southern city of Chengdu. The zone consists of International Convention, Exhibition Hall, and Culture Entertainment & Leisure Resort Hotel with complete facilities, Office Complex, Commercial Residential. Intercontinental Century City Chengdu, Holiday Inn Century City Chengdu housed approximately 1500 rooms and above The Pride International Convention Centre accommodates 28 multi purpose meeting rooms. Exhibition hall with over 100,000 sqm is currently fulfilling the PRC exhibit rules. The Swan Lake Neighborhood residential area was ready in 2007; Fashion Paradise, Leisure Paradise and the West Shu Bridges Walk Valley & Commercial House have completely opened for sales and leasing and have had transformed the southern city into a commercial hub.
